From January to October, the company purchased a total of 1.257 million tons of blended economic coal, accounting for 53.08% of the mixture, and achieved a blending benefit of 22.9888 million yuan.
With the goal of "turning around losses and increasing profits", the company always takes the "coal" problem as a breakthrough point, and insists on reducing fuel costs without wavering. Optimize the procurement channels of imported coal, focus on tracking and carrying out the procurement of imported coal with high economy, strengthen the coordination between the fuel and electricity market in the plant, and the accuracy rate of monthly procurement plans has reached more than 90%. The unit price of standard coal entering the plant in the first 10 months ranked first in the region, which was lower than the regional average of 7.67 yuan / ton. Optimize the cashing period of long-term coal and further expand the advantages of long-term coal. The production department strengthens the inspection of falling coal pipes and other equipment, cleans up coal accumulation in time to prevent siltation, strengthens flow control and monitoring when unloading and transporting to the warehouse, and ensures the safety and stability of unloading and taking coal from ships. It lays a solid foundation for winning the fourth quarter and comprehensively winning the battle of turning around losses and increasing profits.
