本產(chǎn)品是吸收國外新技術(shù)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)實(shí)際情況研制開發(fā)的，整臺產(chǎn)品具有體積小、安裝維護(hù)簡便、低噪音、低損耗、防盜、過負(fù)荷能力強(qiáng)、全保護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。適用于新建小區(qū)、綠化帶、公園、車站賓館、工地、機(jī)場等場所。 

YB27-12 系列美式預(yù)裝式箱式變電站， 適用于 10kV 環(huán)網(wǎng)供電， 雙電源供電或終端供電系統(tǒng)中，作為變電、計(jì)量、補(bǔ)償控制和保護(hù)裝置。 

本產(chǎn)品符合下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T17467-1998《高壓低壓預(yù)裝式變電站》、DL/T537-93《6-35kV 箱式變電站訂貨技術(shù)條件》。 

This product is developed by absorbing the latest advanced technology from abroad and combining with the actual situation in China. The whole product has the characteristics of small volume, simple installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, theft prevention, strong overload capacity, full protection, etc. It is suitable for new residential areas, green belts, parks, station hotels, construction sites, airports and other places. 

YB27-12 series American pre-installed box-type transformer substation is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as substation, metering, compensation control and protection devices. 

This product meets the following standards: GB/T17467-1998《High Voltage and Low Voltage Pre-installed Substation》and DL/T537-93 《Technical Conditions for Ordering 6-35kV Box Substation》

功能及特點(diǎn) Functions and characteristics

◇ 全絕緣、全密封、免少維護(hù)、可靠保證人身安全； 

◇ 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積僅為同容量歐變的 1/3-1/5，高度低； 

◇ 可采用分箱式結(jié)構(gòu)，避免變壓器油箱內(nèi)油的污染； 

◇ 高壓側(cè)采用雙熔絲全范圍保護(hù)，大大降低成本： 

◇ 既可用環(huán)網(wǎng)，也可用于終端，電纜頭可在 200A 負(fù)荷電流時(shí)緊急插拔； 

◇ 箱體采用蜂窩式雙夾層復(fù)合板，隔溫又散熱的功能； 

◇ 低壓側(cè)加裝電子缺相保護(hù)器，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)不正常電壓時(shí)，可快速分?jǐn)嘀鬟M(jìn)開關(guān)； 

◇ 高壓側(cè)油浸式負(fù)荷開關(guān)或 SF6 負(fù)荷開關(guān)， 可電動升級， 為實(shí)現(xiàn)配網(wǎng)自動化打下基礎(chǔ)。 

◇ 采用油浸式 S11 或性能更優(yōu)的 S13 系列變壓器。 

◇ Fully insulated, fully sealed, free of less maintenance and reliable to ensure personal safety; 

◇ The structure is compact, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the European transformer with the same capacity, and the height is low; 

◇ Separate box structure can be adopted to avoid oil pollution in transformer oil tank; 

◇ High voltage side adopts double fuse full range protection, greatly reducing cost: 

◇ Both ring network and terminal can be used. Cable head can be plugged and unplugged in case of 200A load current. 

◇ The box adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite board, which has the functions of temperature isolation and heat dissipation. 

◇ The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase-loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system. 

◇ Oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch on the high-voltage side can be electrically upgraded to lay the foundation for distribution automation. 

◇ Oil-immersed S11 or S13 series transformer with better performance is adopted.

正常使用環(huán)境 Normal operating environment

◇ 海拔高度不超過 1000m； 

◇ 環(huán)境溫度：-35℃ ~+40℃； 

◇ 相對濕度：日平均值不大于 95％，月平均值不大于 90％； 

◇ 安裝場所：無火災(zāi)、爆炸危險(xiǎn)、化學(xué)腐蝕性氣體及通風(fēng)良好的場所，地面傾角不大于 3°。 

◇ Altitude does not exceed 1000 m; 

◇ Ambient temperature:-35℃ ~+40℃ ; 

◇ Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, monthly average value is not more than 90%; 

◇ Installation place: no fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, with the ground inclination not more than 3° .

該產(chǎn)品箱體結(jié)構(gòu)由高壓間隔、低壓間隔、油箱間隔三部份組成。高壓間隔內(nèi)包括高壓電纜附件、負(fù)荷開關(guān)、無載調(diào)壓分接開關(guān)、插入式熔斷器、壓力釋放閥、油位計(jì)、油溫計(jì)、放油閥。低壓間隔內(nèi)包括低壓套管、低壓計(jì)量表計(jì)、斷路器、電容補(bǔ)償。油箱間隔內(nèi)包括變壓器繞組和鐵芯、散熱器、高壓負(fù)荷開關(guān)及熔斷器均在油箱內(nèi)，根據(jù)方案需要箱變結(jié)構(gòu)可設(shè)計(jì)成“品”字型或“目”字型見下圖。

The product box structure consists of three parts: high pressure interval, low pressure interval and oil tank interval. The high-voltage interval includes high-voltage cable accessories, load switch, off-load pressure regulating tap switch, plug-in fuse, pressure relief valve, oil level gauge, oil temperature gauge and oil drain valve. The low-voltage interval includes low-voltage bushing, low-voltage meter, circuit breaker and capacitance compensation. 

The interval of the oil tank includes transformer winding and iron core, radiator, high-voltage load switch and fuse all in the oil tank. According to the scheme, the box transformer structure can be designed into "pin" shape or "mu" shape as shown in the figure below.
