概述  Outline

GCK 低壓抽出式開關(guān)柜成套開關(guān)設(shè)備適用于交流 50Hz，額定工作電壓 380V 的低壓配電系統(tǒng)。它包含動力中心 (PC) 和電動機控制中心 (MCC) 的功能，各項技術(shù)參數(shù)均達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具有結(jié)構(gòu)、外形美觀、電氣性能高、防護(hù)等級高、安全可靠、維護(hù)方便等特點，是冶金、石油、化工、電力、機械、輕紡等行業(yè)低壓供電系統(tǒng)的配電裝置。 

本產(chǎn)品符合 IEC-439、GB7251.1 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

GCK LV withdrawable switchgear cabinetis applicable to the low voltage distribution system with AC50Hz, rated working voltage 380V. It contains power center (PC) and motor control center (MCC)functions. Each technical parameter all reaches national standards. With characteristics of advanced structure, beautiful appearance, high electric performance, high protect-ion grade, reliable and safe and easy to maintain.It is the ideal distribution device for low voltage power supply system in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical,power, machinery and light weaving industries etc. 

The product accords with standards IEC-439, GB7251.1.

主要特點  Main feature

1. GCK1、GCJ1 為拼裝式組合結(jié)構(gòu)，基本骨架采用專用型材，拼裝而成。

2. 柜體骨架，零件尺寸以及開孔尺寸按基本模數(shù) E=25mm 變化。 

3. 在 MCC 方案中，柜內(nèi)部分成五個區(qū)域（室）：水平母線區(qū)、垂直母線區(qū)、功能單元區(qū)、電纜室、中性接地母線區(qū)。各區(qū)互相隔離，保證線路正常運行， 有效防止故障擴大。 

4. 由于框架的結(jié)構(gòu)均以螺釘緊固連接而成，避免了焊接變形和應(yīng)力，提高了精度。 

5. 零部件通用性強，適用性好，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高。 

6. 功能單元（抽屜）的抽出、插入為杠桿操作，加上配置滾動軸承操作輕便、可靠。

1. GCK1 and REGCJ1 are assemble type combined structure. The basic skeleton is assembled by adopting special bar steel. 

2. Cabinet skeleton, component dimension and starter size change according to basic modulus E=25mm. 

3. In MCC project, parts in cabinet are divided into five zones (compartment): horizontal bus bar zone, vertical bus bar zone, function unit zone, cable compartment, and neutral earthing bus bar zone. Each zone is separated mutually for circuit's normal running and effectively preventing fault expansion. 

4. As all structures of framework are connected and firmed by bolts, so it avoids the welding distortion and stress, and upgrades the precision. 

5. Strong general performance, well applicability and high standardization degree for components. 

6. Draw-out and insert of function unit (drawer) is lever operation, which is easy and reliable with rolling bearing.

使用環(huán)境條件  Use environmental conditions

1. 海拔高度不超過 2000 米。 

2. 周圍空氣溫度不高于 +40℃，不低于 -5℃，并且 24h 內(nèi)平均溫度不高于 +35℃。 

3. 大氣條件：空氣清潔，相對濕度在溫度為 +40℃時不超過 50%，在溫度較低時允許有較高的相對濕度， 例如 +20℃時為 90%。 

4. 沒有火災(zāi)、爆炸危險、嚴(yán)重污染、化學(xué)腐蝕及劇烈震動的場所。 

5. 與垂直面傾斜不超過 5°。 

6. 控制中心適于以下溫度的運輸和儲存過程：-25℃ ~+55℃，在短時間內(nèi) ( 不超過 24h) 不超過 +70℃。

1. Altitude above sea level should not exceed 2000M. 

2. Ambient air temperature: -5℃ ~+40℃ and the average temperature should not exceed +35℃ in 24h. 

3. Air condition: With clean air. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40℃ .Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20℃ . 

4. Places without fire, explosive danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and fierce vibration. 

5. Installation gradient not exceed 5° . 

6. Control center is suitable to the transportation and store with following temperature :-25 ℃ ~+55 ℃ ,in short time (within 24h) it should not exceed +70℃ .
