概述  Outline

HXGN □ -12（SF6）型單元式交流金屬封閉環(huán)網(wǎng)開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備（以下簡(jiǎn)稱環(huán)網(wǎng)柜）是我們?cè)谝M(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)并按照國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)電及城網(wǎng)改造之要求而自行設(shè)計(jì)、研制成功的新高壓電器產(chǎn)品。各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)全部達(dá)到 IEC298 和 GB3906 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 

環(huán)網(wǎng)柜的主開(kāi)關(guān)、操作機(jī)構(gòu)及元器件采用原裝件或采用部件國(guó)內(nèi)組裝生產(chǎn)的 SFL-12/24 型開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備，也可根據(jù)用戶需要配裝原裝 HAD/US 型 SF。斷路器或 VD4-S 型真空斷路器，其操作方式分為手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)兩種。 

柜體經(jīng)數(shù)控機(jī)床加工后鉚接而成，防護(hù)等級(jí)達(dá)到 IP3X，并有可靠的機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖和防誤操作功能。本產(chǎn)品具有體積小、重量輕、外形美觀、操作簡(jiǎn)便、長(zhǎng)壽命、高參數(shù)、無(wú)污染、少維護(hù)等的特點(diǎn)。 

HXGN □ -12(SF6) Unit type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit(hereafter refer to as ring net cabinet) is a new generation of high-pressure electric appliance product designed and developed independently by our own company according to the requirement of the domestic agricultural electricity and the city net transformation after introduction of overseas advanced technology. Each technical performance index completely reaches the IEC298 and GB3906 standard. 

The loop-net cabinet s main switch, the operating mechanism and the components is made of the  Corporation original piece or the SFL-12/24 switch equipment imported overseas and ass-embled at home. We can also install the Corporation original piece of HAD/US type SF according to the request of users. The circuit breaker or the VD4-Svacuum circuit-breaker divide into two kinds: be operated manually and electrically according to the operating mode. 

The cabinet body is riveted after processed by numerical control machine tool with reliable mechanical interlocking and the misoperating prevention function. The protection grade reaches IP3X.This product has the remarkable characteristics such as the small volume, light weight, artistic appearance, simple operation, long life, high parameter with no pollution and little maintenance.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及工作原理   Structural features and working principle

 產(chǎn)品外形結(jié)構(gòu)見(jiàn)圖 1、圖 2，安裝尺寸如圖 3 所示。本環(huán)網(wǎng)柜是以空氣為絕緣介質(zhì)的，主要配裝 ZFN □ -10/630 型真空負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)，主要方案有進(jìn)線柜和出線柜等。 

1. 進(jìn)線柜方案 

柜內(nèi)主回路有一臺(tái) ZFN □ -10/630 型真空負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)，它配裝有隔離刀、酌情還配裝接地刀所組成，三者共裝在一個(gè)機(jī)架上，并互有聯(lián)鎖。因此可實(shí)現(xiàn) 接通母線、隔離、接地三個(gè)工位的操作，柜內(nèi)還可靈活配裝 CT、PT 等元件。 

2. 出線柜方案

柜內(nèi)主回路有一臺(tái) ZFN □ -10/630 型真空負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)和帶撞擊器的熔斷器 ( 有隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的作用 ) 及接地刀所組成，也可實(shí)現(xiàn)三工位操作，柜內(nèi)還可靈活 配裝 CT/PT 和 ZNO 避雷器等元件，因此有時(shí)可省去計(jì)量柜。進(jìn)、出線柜均配有與接地開(kāi)關(guān)聯(lián)鎖的絕緣防護(hù)隔板，柜內(nèi)各開(kāi)關(guān)與隔板及柜門間采用機(jī)械 聯(lián)鎖，并達(dá)到“五防”要求，柜體外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為 IP2X。

The outline structure of the product is referred to as diagram 1 and diagram 2; the installation dimension is referred to as diagram3. This ring network type cabinet makes air as the insulating medium,mainly assembled with ZFN □ -10/630 type vacuum load switch. And there are two cabinet schemes - incoming cabinet and outgoing cabinet. 

1.Incoming cabinet scheme

   There is a ZFN □ -10/630 type vacuum load switch on the main circuit inside the cabinet with isolating knife, and grounding knife conditionally. The three of them are all installed in one machine stand and there are interlocks among them, so that it is realized to connect the operation of three working stations of bus, isolation and grounding. Inside the cabinet the com-ponents such as CT, PY are available.

2.Outgoing cabinet scheme

   ZFN □ -10/630 type vacuum load switch, fuse with striker (used as isolating switch) and grounding knife on the main circuit inside the cabinet, and the three working stations oper-ation can be realized. Inside the cabinet the components such as CT/PT and ZNO arrester are available, so the metering cabinet can be omitted. Inside the incoming cabinet and out-going cabinet, there is insulating protecting baffle interlocked with grounding switch. And inside the cabinets ,the mechanical interlocks are adopted between each switch and baffle as well as the cabinet door with the requirement of “five-prevention” and IP2X of the protection degree of the cabinet enclosure.

吊運(yùn)、安裝、調(diào)試和熔斷器的更換  Lifting, installation, commissioning and replacement of fuses

1. 吊運(yùn) 

    吊運(yùn)前按規(guī)定進(jìn)行開(kāi)箱前的檢查。柜體吊運(yùn)時(shí)按作業(yè)標(biāo)記要求，小心輕放、防震等。 

2. 安裝 

    開(kāi)箱后，檢查柜體及柜內(nèi)元件是否完好，動(dòng)作是否正常，是否受潮等，在確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后，方可進(jìn)行安裝。 

3. 調(diào)試 

    如發(fā)現(xiàn)柜內(nèi)元件達(dá)不到其技術(shù)要求或聯(lián)鎖不到位時(shí)，需按下列過(guò)程調(diào)試： (1) 對(duì)負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)和接地或隔離開(kāi)關(guān)，可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)拉桿長(zhǎng)度和變換拉桿與操作桿角度和位置來(lái)達(dá)到技術(shù)要求。 (2) 若有聯(lián)鎖不到位時(shí)，可微調(diào)相應(yīng)的操作拉桿長(zhǎng)度來(lái)改變聯(lián)鎖孔的位置，使聯(lián)鎖到位。 

4. 更換熔斷器 

    必須嚴(yán)格按停電順序操作，將負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)分閘，然后打開(kāi)熔斷器到隔離位置，并將接地開(kāi)關(guān)合上，在插入絕緣防護(hù)隔板后，柜門方可打開(kāi)，才能進(jìn) 行更換熔斷器。

1. Handling 

    Before handling, undertake check before opening the cabinet according to the regulations. When thecabinet is handling delivered, it's a must to operate according to the operation marking demands.Handle with care and without shake.

2. Installing 

    After opening the cabinet, check whether the cabinet body and the components inside are good,whether they work normally, and whether they are moistened. Only after definite confirmation can the installation be undertaken. 

3. Debugging

    It's necessary to have a debugging according to the following steps if the components inside thecabinet don't meet the technical requirements or the interlocks don't locate well: (1) For the load switch, grounding switch or isolating switch, you can make them meet the technical demands by adjusting the drag rod length, changing the angle and position of drag rod and operating rod. (2) If there is any interlock that doesn't locate well, you can make it locate by fine adjusting relevant operating rod length to change the position of interlock hole.

4. Fuse replacing 

    It must operate strictly according to the sequence of power off. First, turn off the load switch, turn on the fuse to the isolating position and then turn on the grounding switch. Only after plugging the insulating protecting baffle can the cabinet door be opened and can the fuse be replaced.

使用與故障處理   Use and troubleshooting

1. 使用 

    請(qǐng)務(wù)必嚴(yán)格按照下列步驟操作，否則易造成損害。

(1) 負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)的操作順序 

 a 合閘：當(dāng)負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)處于分閘狀態(tài)時(shí)，將操作手柄插入負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)操作孔內(nèi)順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng) ( 約 180 度 )，使其合閘。 

 b 分?jǐn)喈?dāng)負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)處于合閘狀態(tài)時(shí)，可由手動(dòng)脫扣按鈕或脫扣電磁鐵操作使負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)分閘，對(duì)配有帶撞擊器的熔斷器的負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)，熔斷器熔斷后，其 撞擊器也可使負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)分閘。

(2) 停電操作順序 

 a 將負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)分閘，使它與隔離和接地開(kāi)關(guān)之間的聯(lián)鎖解除。 

 b 將操作手柄插入隔離和接地開(kāi)關(guān)操作孔內(nèi)，按順時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng) ( 約 90 度 )，隔離刀被打開(kāi)。 

 c 再按順時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng) ( 約 90 度 ) 后，接地開(kāi)關(guān)快速閉合。 

 d 插入絕緣隔板，使門聯(lián)鎖解除。 

 e 開(kāi)門檢修。 

(3) 送電操作順序 

 a 關(guān)閉柜門。 

 b 抽出絕緣隔板，柜門鎖住。 

 c 將操作手柄插入隔離和接地開(kāi)關(guān)操作孔內(nèi)，逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng) ( 約 90 度 )，使接地開(kāi)關(guān)分?jǐn)唷?nbsp;

 d 對(duì)負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行操作，合閘送電。

2. 故障處理 

    環(huán)網(wǎng)柜在工作過(guò)程中，如果出現(xiàn)緊固件松動(dòng)，機(jī)械部分潤(rùn)滑不良，真空滅弧室真空度下降等故障，在停電后采用緊固、加潤(rùn)滑劑、打耐壓等方法來(lái)檢 查和消除以上故障。

1.Operation 

   Please operate strictly according to the following steps, otherwise some damage may be caused. 

(1) Operating sequence of load switch 

  a. Switch-on: When the load switch stays on, plug the operating handle into the operating hole of the load switch and turn it clockwise (about  180° ) to make it stay on. 

  b. Switch-off: When the load switch stays on, manually operate the tripping button or the tripping electromagnet to make the load switch stay off. For the load switch with fuse striker, after the fuse is fused, the striker can make the load switch stay off. 

(2) Operating sequence of power off 

  a. Turn off the load switch to unlock the interlock between the isolating and grounding switches. 

  b. Plug the operating handle into the operating hole of the isolating and grounding switches and turn it clockwise (about 90° ) to open the isolating knife. 

  c. Turn again clockwise (about 90° ) to turn off the grounding switch rapidly. 

  d. Plug the insulating baffle to unlock the door interlock. 

  e. Open the door and maintain.

(3) Operating sequence of power transmission 

  a. Close the cabinet door. 

  b. Extract the insulating baffle and lock the cabinet door. 

  c. Plug the operating handle into the operating hole of the isolating and grounding switches and turn itanticlockwise (about 90° ) to turn off the grounding switch. 

  d.Operate the load switch and turn it on to transmit the power. 

2. Fault treatment 

   During the operation of the ring network type cabinet, if there is any fault, such as loose fasteners, bad lubrication of mechanical parts and reduced vacuum degree in the vacuum interrupter, etc. After the power off, check and remove the faults by fastening, adding lubricant and adding withstand voltage, etc.

維修與修理   Repair and repair

1. 開(kāi)箱后，應(yīng)對(duì)絕緣件進(jìn)行檢查，對(duì)確已受潮的元件，應(yīng)將其拆下，放入 70-80℃的烘箱內(nèi)，烘 48 小時(shí)后，取出裝上重新調(diào)試。 

2. 產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)放期間，如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮或腐蝕，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行清理，清理后做好防護(hù)處理。 

3. 運(yùn)行中的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜應(yīng)進(jìn)行定期維修檢查。 

   (1) 真空滅弧室的真空度； 

   (2) 觸頭磨損情況； 

   (3) 機(jī)械緊固件是否松動(dòng)； 

   (4) 開(kāi)距超程等機(jī)械電氣參數(shù)； 

   (5) 操作轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活； 

   (6) 聯(lián)鎖是否可靠； 

   (7) 零部件，特別是絕緣件是否清潔。 

4. 下列情況時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)網(wǎng)柜進(jìn)行全面檢查和調(diào)試； 

   (1) 每年一次的例行檢查和清潔工作；

   (2) 負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)每動(dòng)作 2000 次后。

1. After the cabinet is open, check all of the insulation pieces and disassemblethe damp ones, put them into 70-80℃ drying box, and take out for debugging again after 48 hours drying. 

2. If the product is damp or rusty during the storage, please clean it at once and protect it well. 

3.Maintenance and repair should be done to ring network cabinet during operation

  (1).Vacuum extent of vacuum arc-extinguishing room 

  (2).Contact abrasion degree 

  (3).Whether the fastening pieces are loose or not; 

  (4).Mechanical electric parameter such as open travel, over travel. 

  (5).Whether the running is flexible or not; 

  (6).Whether the interlock is reliable or not;

  (7).Whether all of the parts are clean, especially for insulation fittings. 

4.Do overall examination and debugging to ring network cabinet in following conditions: 

  (1).Routine examination and cleaning for every

  (2).After every 2000 times operation of load switch

環(huán)網(wǎng)柜應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存在干燥通風(fēng)，溫度在 -30℃ ~+40℃的倉(cāng)庫(kù)中。
