產(chǎn)品描述 Description

GYTY53光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強芯，對子某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說，金屬加強芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充繩)圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。纜芯外擠上一層聚乙烯內(nèi)護套，雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱包后擠制聚乙烯護套成纜。

The fibers,250μ m,are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.The tubes are flled with a water-resistant filingcompound.A steel wire,sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE)for cable with high fiber count,locates in the center of core as ametallic strength member.Tubes (and fillers)are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.Thecable core is filed with the filing compound to protect it from water ingress,over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied.Atter thePSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath,the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
