產(chǎn)品描述 Description

GYFTY53光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高橫量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強(qiáng)芯，對于某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說，金屬加強(qiáng)芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充物)圍繞中心加強(qiáng)芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。纜芯外擠上一層聚乙烯內(nèi)護(hù)套，雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱外包后擠制聚乙烯護(hù)套成纜。適用：管道、架空、直埋。

The fibers,250 u m,are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.The tubes are flled with a water-resistantfilling compound.A Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP)locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member.The tubes(and fillers)are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.Then the cable core is coveredwith thin Polyethylene(PE)inmer sheath,which is flled with jelly to protect it from water ingress.A layer of water-blockingmaterial is applied around the cable core to prevent it from water ingress all the same.After a corugated steel tape armor isapplied,the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.Application:Duct/Aerial/Direct buried.
