SM7-63 series miniature circuit breaker is applied to prolect the overload and short circuitio the lighting and motor power distibuton systems of AC50Hz

or 60H1z, raled working voltage 230400V and rated curent 63A.Uunder normal condtion it may be also applied as the unfrequent transfer the electric device.

Structure characteristics

The breaker has such features as advance structure, reliable performance, high breaking capacity good figure and etc. AI parts are positioned by plastics shell, the shell is made of fire retardant arcing withstand high tensile plastic, contact system adopted electric repulsion mechanism, with good current limiting function, improving the breaking capacity. Tripping device is of spiral pipe electromagnetic release, setting current is very accurate, multiple products assembled by several single pole breakers.

The breaker is designed for such person without professional training, maintenance is not needed. The protective characteristics of over-current release is set by factory user can't adjust it, to prevent the performance being infuenced.

Some accessories can be assembled beside the breaker, such as leakage release, shunt release, auxiliary contact, alarm contact and etc.

Conductor connection, round copper wire 25mm' at maximum mounted on TH35-7.5 DIN steel rail.

Normal working conditions

Ambient temperature: -5°C ~ +40C, average per a day not more than +35*C, if out of this scope, please discuss with factory;

Altitude not over 2000m;

Atmosphere condition: the air shall be clean, at highest temperature 40C, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%, at lower temperature, higher humidity allowed, such as at 20C, humidity 90% allowed. In case of dew resulted from temperature change, treatment shall be taken to prevent (such as drainage hole);

Pollution grade: II;

Mounting category: II;

Mounting conditions: the sloping angle between mounting surface to vertical surface shall not exceed+5° ;

Impact and vibration: the mounting site shall have no obvious sway, impact or vibration;

If the breaker installed in the enclosed cabinet, and several pieces closed together, the breaker shall give derating operation, the derating coefficient about0.7 ~ 0.8, for metal shell, high cefficient adopted, in case of plastic cabinet, lower cefficient used.

The external circuit is used to indicate the ON,OFF state of the circuit breaker.

The basic form of auxiliary contact: 1NO,1NC.

Wiring capacity: 1 - 4mm wire.

SD alarm contact

Discrete sampling when the breaker is fault tripping.

The front panel is provided with mechanical indication,which can be used to indicate fault tripping.

The basic form of auxiliary contact: 1NO,1NC.

Wiring capacity: 1 - 4mm'wire.

The external circuit is used to indicate the ON, OFF state of the circuit breaker.

When the signal is received, which triggers circuit breaker trip.

MV overvoltage release

Protecting on line overvoltage fault

When the voltage on both ends of the release is increased to the rated range, the tripping of the circuit breaker is triggered

The front panel is provided with fault trip indicatin, and the reset button is played for the overoltage trip.

MN undervoltage release

When the voltage on both ends of the release drops to the rated range, the tripping of the circuit breaker is triggered

MVMN over and undervoltage release

When the vltage on both ends of the release rises or fllsl to the rated range, the tripping of the circuit breaker is triggered

The front panel is provided with fault trip indication, and the reset buton is played for the over and underoltage trip

Assembly instructions

OF, SD, MX+OF for VC products, not sold separately, assembled by the production plant, the customer can not assemble themselves;

MV, MN, MVMN pre assembled sales, assembled by the production plant, the customer can not assemble themselves;

OF, SD assembled on the left side of the circuit breaker, the left side of each circuit breaker can only assemble an annex;

MX+OF, MV, MN, MVMN assembled on the right side of the circuit breaker, the right side of each circuit breaker can only assemble an annex.
