XL-21 低壓動(dòng)力柜適用于發(fā)電廠及工礦企業(yè)中，在交流電壓 500 伏及以下的三相四線或三相五線系統(tǒng)作動(dòng)力配電之用。XL-21 低壓動(dòng)力柜系戶內(nèi)裝置靠墻安裝，屏前檢修。

XL-21 low-voltage power cabinet is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, in three-phase four-wire or tn-s system with AC voltage of 500 volts or less. XL-21 low-voltage power cabinet is an indoor device installed against the wall and overhauled before the screen.

XL-21 低壓動(dòng)力柜系封閉式，柜體由冷扎鋼板或不銹鋼彎制焊接而成 , 刀開關(guān)操作手柄裝于柜前右柱上部，可以作為切換電源之用。動(dòng)力柜前面裝有一只電壓表，指示母線的電壓。動(dòng)力柜前面有門，門打開后，動(dòng)力柜內(nèi)全部設(shè)備敞露、便于檢修維護(hù)。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，檢修方便，線路方案可以靈活組合等特點(diǎn)。動(dòng)力柜除裝有空氣斷路器和熔斷器作為短路保護(hù)外，還裝有接觸器和熱繼電器，柜前門可裝操作按鈕和指示燈。

XL-21 low-voltage power cabinet is closed, the cabinet body is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel bent and welded, and the knife switch operating handle is installed at the upper part of the right column in front of the cabinet, which can be used for switching power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the power cabinet to indicate the voltage of the bus. There is a door in front of the power cabinet. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the power cabinet is exposed, which is convenient for maintenance. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance and flexible combination of line schemes. Besides air switch and fuse as short-circuit protection, the power cabinet is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays, and the front door of the cabinet can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.

正常使用條件 Normal use conditions

◆環(huán)境溫度：-50℃ ~+40℃，且 24h 內(nèi)的平均溫度不超過 +36℃；

◆海拔高度：不超過 2000m；

◆相對(duì)濕度：在周圍空氣濕度為 +40℃時(shí)不超過 50%；在較低濕度下可以有較高的相對(duì)濕度 ( 如：+20℃時(shí)為 90%)，考慮到溫度的變化允許產(chǎn)生適度的凝霜；

◆設(shè)備安裝時(shí)與垂直面的傾斜度應(yīng)不超過 5°，設(shè)備應(yīng)安裝在無(wú)劇烈震動(dòng)、無(wú)沖擊及無(wú)腐蝕的場(chǎng)所。

◆ Ambient temperature: -50℃ ~+40℃ , and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed+36℃ ; 

◆ Altitude: no more than 2000m；; 

◆ Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40 ℃ ; At low humidity, there can be high relative humidity (for example, 90% at +20 ℃ ). Considering the change of temperature, it is allowed to produce moderate frost.

使用、維護(hù)和檢修 Use, maintenance and repair

低壓動(dòng)力柜在安裝或檢修后，在投入運(yùn)行前須進(jìn)行下列各項(xiàng)檢查與試驗(yàn) ( 檢修后的檢查與試驗(yàn)，視其檢修質(zhì)性而定 )。

◆檢查動(dòng)力柜內(nèi)部裝設(shè)電器設(shè)備和二次接線是否符合圖紙要求。

◆檢查用于操作的刀開關(guān)、空氣開關(guān)是否靈活，應(yīng)無(wú)卡軋型象。

◆檢查所裝設(shè)的電器設(shè)備的接觸是否良好，是否符合該電器設(shè)備的本身使用要求。

◆檢查動(dòng)力柜內(nèi)部有無(wú)其他異物及各部分堅(jiān)固螺釘是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

After installation or maintenance, the low-voltage power cabinet must be inspected and tested in the following items before it is put into operation (the 

inspection and test after maintenance depends on its maintenance quality). 

◆ Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power cabinet meet the drawing requirements. 

◆ Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible and there should be no jamming image. 

◆ Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is in good condition and whether it meets the use requirements of the electrical equipment itself. 

◆ Check whether there are other foreign bodies inside the power cabinet and whether the solid screws of each part are loose.

◆在訂購(gòu) B 型結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)須提供動(dòng)力柜的排列圖和平面布置圖。

The customer shall provide the following information when ordering: 

◆ Primary line scheme and single line system diagram; 

◆ System diagram of secondary line deployment;

◆ Detailed specifications and data of various electrical equipment in each box; 

◆ When ordering B-type structure, the arrangement diagram and floor plan of power cabinet shall be provided.
